AscendEX officially will remove its wire transfer products on September 11, 2024. The deposit, transfer and withdrawal services for wire transfer products will be suspended. Users' account balances and other product services will NOT be impacted.

If you have USD assets available in your account, you can trade them on USD cash trading market and convert them into crypto assets to process your transfers or withdrawals.

Upon the removal finished, no further announcement will be made.
