Announcement on the Upgrade of the Welfare Center and Adjustment of SATs Rewards

Dear AscendEX Users,
To provide a better service experience, the platform will comprehensively upgrade the existing rewards system. The relevant adjustments are announced as follows. Please read carefully and prepare in advance:
I. Arrangements for the Welfare Center Phase-Out
- Deactivation Time of the Old Welfare Center
- Starting from February 25, 2025, 12:00 (UTC), the current Welfare Center will cease issuing SATs rewards. Users will no longer be able to earn or redeem SATs through the old system.
- Launch Time of the New Task Center
- On February 26, 2025, 12:00 (UTC), the newly revamped "User Task Center" will officially go live, offering more diverse task types, higher-value rewards, and a richer benefits system.
II. Rules for Handling SATs in the Old Welfare Center
- Automatic Conversion Rules
- As of February 25, 2025, 12:00 (UTC), any unredeemed SATs balance in the old Welfare Center will be automatically converted to the new rewards at a ratio of 1,000 SATs = 200 points. The converted points will be credited to your new Task Center account within 3 business days.
- After the conversion is completed, the old Welfare Center portal will be closed, and SATs will no longer be displayed or used.
- Conversion Eligibility
- Only users who have completed Basic Identity Verification (KYC1) are eligible for automatic conversion. If your account has not completed verification, please submit the required documents as soon as possible to safeguard your benefits.
III. Important Notes
- Features of the New Task Center
- The new system will support more task types (such as trading, referrals, check-ins, etc.) and a tiered benefits system. For specific rules, please follow subsequent announcements or refer to the Task Center guide after logging in.
- Usage and Inquiry of Points
- The automatically converted points can be used in the new Task Center to redeem rewards or upgrade tier benefits. Please log in to your account promptly to check the points balance.
- If you have any questions regarding the conversion results, please contact our customer service team for verification and assistance.
