How to Claim Rewards?

2. During the event period, you need to meet both the futures net deposit and cumulative trading volume criteria in your Futures account to unlock the corresponding rewards. See details below:

3. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the conclusion of the event based on the highest tier winners qualify for. Winners qualifying for the limited quantity rewards will be randomly selected, according to the available reward quantity, to receive a reward.
4. Participants who win an iPhone should contact our official customer service (@Ascendexbd) in time to provide their mailing address to receive the reward. If not registered by the deadline, the iPhone will be converted to USDT at the market price and sent to the winners’ AscendEX cash accounts.
5. Futures bonuses will be given in the form of futures loss offset bonuses. When using the offset bonus, you just need to focus on trading to earn profits, as the platform will subsidize your losses (up to 10% loss offset)! 6. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
7. AscendEX reserves the right for final interpretation of the event. Any user found violating trading rules or engaging in abnormal trading behavior may have their eligibility revoked.
