AscendEX supports staked assets to be used as collateral for futures trading, i.e., users can transfer their staked digital assets to their futures accounts to trade futures. Before engaging in futures trading, users need to transfer their staked assets from their investment accounts to their futures accounts first. Please see below for the detailed steps.

 

If you have already engaged in futures trading, you can refer to the following two approaches to transfer your assets. If it’s the first time that you have enabled futures trading, please refer to the second approach to transfer your assets.

 

1.Transfer from the Investment Account

1)      Open AscendEX’s website, click on “Finance” in the upper left corner of the homepage and select “AscendEX Earn” in the dropdown menu.

2)      On the “AscendEX Earn” page, click on “My Positions”.

3)      Enter the “Investment Account” page, view the project list to find the desired staked asset and click on “Transfer”.

4)      After jumping to the fund transfer page, select the transfer direction – from “Investment” to “Futures”, and click the dropdown button on the right of the token field to select the desired staked asset (Please note: staked assets will be displayed as “Token-S” in your account, like “BTC-S”.) before entering the transfer amount. You can also refer to the available amount for the transfer of the selected token and click on “All” on the right to transfer all available assets with one click. Click on “Confirm” to the complete the transfer.

5)      Check for your recent transfer history to confirm the asset you transferred has been credited to your account. You can immediately to start trading futures with the staked assets you transferred on the futures interface. 2.Transfer from the Futures Trading Interface

1)      Open AscendEX’s website, click on “Futures” in the upper left corner of the homepage and select “Futures Trading” in the dropdown menu (Take the standard futures trading interface as an example).

2)      On the futures trading interface, click on “Transfer” in the upper right corner of the futures account area.

3)      In the popup window, select the transfer direction – from “Investment” to “Futures”, and click the dropdown button on the right of the token field to select the desired staked asset (Please note staked assets will be displayed as “Token-S” in your account, like “BTC-S”) before entering the transfer amount. You can also refer to the available amount to transfer of the selected token and click on “All” on the right to transfer all available assets with one click. Click on “Confirm” to the complete the transfer.

4)      Check your recent transfer history to confirm the asset you transferred has been credited to your account. You can directly jump to the futures interface to start trading futures with the staked assets you transferred.
