During the maintenance, 3rd parties services (Banxa, Mercuyo, Moonpay, Simplex), deposit, withdrawal, and other trading services will not be affected. If you have any questions, please contact our official customer service team for assistance.

Upon the maintenance finished, AscendEX will resume the above service immediately, and no further announcement will be made.
